Preparing for A to Z

I love lists.
I love writing them.
I love reading them.
I love them so much that I’ve written a blog post for the A to Z Challenge Blog about this list obsession of mine. It’s called '10 Reasons for Loving Lists'. Do pop over and have a read.

It may be over a month away, but I’ve already started preparing my posts for this April’s A to Z. It’s because I love making lists and this year’s post will rely heavily on lists… but I’m not saying any more about it here because I've said it all on the A to Z Challenge Blog.

See you over there... but before you go, if you fancy having a look at my last year's A to Z Nostalgia posts you can visit them here.

  3. Hi Ros .. I'm sort of on the way too - decided on my theme a year ago and can't wait! I loved your Nostalgia posts - they were brilliant and brought back so many memories of those early childhood days ...

I saw your other post - so now I'll get on over .. how's Richard by the way?! Cheers Hilary

    1. Thanks Hilary, you decided on your theme a year ago! That really is planning ahead!! I believe that Richard is doing fine... considering he's been dead for well over 500 years! Seriously, it's good that his final internment will be minus the hands tied behind his back.

  4. Just popping over to tell you that I loved your list-blog. I'm also writing to-do-lists, but I am not so good with crossing off done stuff...

    1. Hi Marcie, thanks for popping over. I find crossing off is as exciting as making the lists!

  5. You are way more prepared than me. It's February, right. Hmmm. April. I've got time...must start a list.

    1. Hi Joanne, I know it's only February but, as I said, I love making lists and I've really enjoyed planning the whole month of A to Z out. It's not written yet, just planned.

  6. I'm going over there right now. I have my theme and a few posts written. Only problem is that when I write something and don't post it right away, I go back and think it's not very good, so then I have to edit and risk editing myself out of business. I'm not the slightest bit insecure if I just write it, edit it, and post it right away. But I spent two challenges waiting until April and that's tough too.

    1. I think the secret is to Schedule some blog posts ahead of time and then it's as if they've been posted. It took me a while to work out how to schedule them but it's easy once you remember you have to press Publish after you've scheduled in a time.

  7. I drive the rest of my family a little nutty because I'm NOT a list maker (they all are!). :)

    1. It would be an odd world if we all loved the same things but I'm afraid I still can't turn the newspaper page on a Top Ten of... without stopping to look.

  8. It's a great idea - but if I added one more thing to my list of things to do and write I think I'd go bonkers! So I shall be cheering you all on from the sidelines.

  10. I love writing and reading lists too! I had a blast doing A to Z last year, but I don't think I'll be able to commit the time this year. Maybe next year, though!

  11. Way to prepare ahead of time! I will start working on mine in a couple weeks. I'm helping as a background volunteer this year too, so will need to be mostly done by the time April hits!

    1. Yes, April does get stupidly manic if you're not organised, doesn't it.

  13. You are an ambitious blogger. Sorry I've been remiss in getting back to you after your visits to my blog. Been a bit under the weather and short tempered so best to stay quiet lol.
I shall be back to read more of your posts.
