I just had to share this photo with you.
It's Barney, our friends' lovely little Jack Russell dog.
I think he might be saying, "Of course I can lick my nose. Can't everyone?"
I bet someone out there will be able to think of a better caption though... right?
Amazing!!
ReplyDeleteIsn't he just :-)
DeleteHe's saying "I'm just demonstrating how to wrap a sausage in bacon here...now, if you'll just provide the sausage?" :-) Love it, Ros, what a cutie!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, he'd love a sausage for sure!
DeleteLol! What a long tongue.Great photo.
ReplyDeletePerhaps "Time to wash up for dinner." He's very cute. I have a Jack Rusell, and her name is Frennie.
ReplyDeleteI suspect that Frennie would get on very well with Barney. He's a cutie.
Delete"Is 'red lorry yellow lorry' really a tongue twister, Dad?"
ReplyDeleteor
"Yum,these Levis fit me a treat."
Love the tongue twister idea :-)
DeleteYou think your hair's too curly - just see this!
ReplyDeleteCurly tongues! Lol
DeleteWhat an absolute cutie!! :)
ReplyDeleteHe is. He's a lovey dog.
DeleteOh, I LOVE Jack Russells. My youngest daughter has one--Milo--who is the most outgoing, friendly little guy. He has the same coloring as Barney. LOVE that tongue! Awesome photograph!

Just seen your blog post and so I know where're the Ferrero Rocher idea came from ;-)
DeleteWhat an adorable picture! A couple days ago, I posted a video of an unbelievable Jack Russell. They are really smart dogs, and evidently, talented beggars, too. That fella in the pic looks like he either wants something someone is eating... or he just finished eating it. ("Who, me? No I didn't eat your cookie.")
ReplyDeleteI've just been over to your blog and watched it. That dog is amazing. I'm afraid Barney isn't quite up to that standard.
Deletegreat photo Ros, rally love it...adn he's a real charmer. Yes, have got a better caption, but in the interests of public decency, I cannot reveal what it is....
ReplyDeleteThat is one priceless photo!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful photo. Love it! It looks to me as if Barney could lick his eyes as well as his nose. :)
ReplyDeleteMy favourite dog. Unfortunately we have a white German Shepherd. Lovely enough, but a strain on the arm when walking :-)
